Christ-grace Is Salubrious
Philip went down to the city of Samaria and proclaimed to them the Christ. And the crowds with one accord paid attention to what was being said by Philip when they heard him and saw the signs that he did. For unclean spirits, crying out with a loud voice, came out of many who had them, and many who were paralyzed or lame were healed. So there was much joy in that city. (ESV, Acts. 8:5-8)
Eddy: “Look away from the body into Truth and Love, the Principle of all happiness, harmony, and immortality.” Also, “Neither organic inaction nor overaction is beyond God’s control; and man will be found normal and natural to changed mortal thought, and therefore more harmonious in his manifestations than he was in the prior states which human belief created and sanctioned.”
The Christ-grace in us recognizes, proclaims and enforces the sovereignty and preponderance of SOUL-LIFE-HEALTH. Our Christ-sense knows that MIND has made us replete with august abilities, exempt from matter-sin-disease, and fructiferous in evincing GOOD-GOD. This is why noxious, ailing and harmful habits/conditions are expelled and we unite in celebrating the superbness of SOUL and its creation.
