Our “who”: We are the supreme EGO’s resplendency.

 

Our “what”: MIND’s projection of munificent excellence.

 

Our “where”: In the timeless realm of immutable, eternal LIFE.

 

Our “why”: We are causative PRINCIPLE-LOVE’s irrepressible, intelligent, and divine articulation. 

 

The unstoppable impetus of SPIRIT-LIFE feeds our healthy, purposeful and fruitful experiences.  MIND’s creative ideas launch us past sclerotic, failed mind-sets into vast new “harvest fields.”  They make us elastic, adaptable, nimble and able to seize unseen opportunities. 

 

LOVE-SPIRIT caresses our thought and tenderly resurrects us from materiality’s mental, intellectual, emotional and spiritual graveyards.  LOVE-LIFE removes the psychological and physiological scars of past sufferings.  TRUTH consoles us when we are mourning painful losses, and re-births us with fresh hopes, promises and energies.

 

SOUL-LOVE is always wedded to and supporting our lives.  TRUTH has endowed our Christly core with celestial forces of health, love and supply.  These elide illness, fear and death.  Carnal mentality’s malicious and insidious influences are eradicated from our experience by our Christly intelligence and power.

 

Today is LIFE’s gift of immortality to each one.  As we perceive the infinity and eternality of our LIFE-propelled identities it is obvious that we are LOVE’s flourishing. 

 

Thank you, magnanimous SPIRIT-LOVE, for caressing us with your divine grace and for being our ALL.

Limitless MIND-INTELLIGENCE expresses man and the universe.  We are the fruitage of the fecundity of SPIRIT-life, MIND-health, and LOVE-power.  Inexhaustible and teeming MIND is giving our lives immeasurable and exuberant riches of mind, heart and experience.

 

“For the earth bringeth forth fruit for herself: first the stalk, then the head, then the full corn in the head.”

It is the fecundity of MIND-LOVE that impels us to be healthy, courageous, wise, innovative and fruitful.”

 

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.”

Ever-giving SPIRIT pours into our being indestructible health, talents and means.  SPIRIT-substance re-engineers us each day so that we can express more of our illimitable, empyrean abilities.  Our outstanding, exponential essence is from SOUL, “it cometh down” to us from “the Father of lights.”

 

“I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing.  He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father” (New International Version).

The fact is that superlative PRINCIPLE-LOVE expresses in us infinite abilities, brilliance, grace and effectiveness.  Everyone is spiritually blessed and when thought is coalescing with TRUTH we are formidable divine forces for accomplishing admirable good.  We are the oeuvre of SOUL, the dynamic outcome of the Self-revealing EGO.

 

“…by their fruits ye shall know them.”

SPIRIT-TRUTH instigates bounty, peace, health, excellence and beauty in us and everywhere.  Our conscious communion with TRUTH excises material hindrances.  Take for example the bleeding woman who Jesus healed.  The religious teachings of his day turned her into a social outcast, and condemned her.  Jesus’ sense of TRUTH-LOVE accepted her.  In turn, by accepting the altering power of Christly love/wisdom she was healed. 

 

“For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory forever.”

PRINCIPLE-MIND manifests all that is real.  Decaying and aging matter, sinful personality and material genetics are overridden by the preeminence of our spiritual selfhood.  We are of SPIRIT, through SPIRIT, and to SPIRIT.  Our SPIRIT-selfhood is endowed with all that SPIRIT has, including beauty, majesty, eternality, wholeness and plenty.  This understanding changes our perceptions and behavior, and it ejects pain, illness, blight, decay and lack.

 

“Show your own self in all respects to be a pattern and a model of good deeds and works, teaching what is unadulterated, showing gravity (having the strictest regard for truth and purity of motive), with dignity and seriousness.”

LOVE-TRUTH impels us live with humility, generosity of spirit, patience, fidelity, love and joy.  These mental tones emanate from SOUL’s universal, spiritual symphony.  They excise egotism and pride, and keep us from taking our human personality too seriously.  By being concordant with SOUL-MIND we have access to infinite goodness, talents and grace.

The fecundity of MIND is ours now and always.  We secure from MIND exponential health, love, achievement and fulfillment.  Our spiritual composition is engineered by superlative MIND and is endowed with illimitable resources and talents. 

 

Bad familial and social conditions, plus poor genetics, distort, but cannot usurp, our MIND-enriched identities.  No material inhibitor can inhibit our spiritual love, talents and energies. 

 

Material misconceptions cannot perceive SPIRIT’s productive forces.  But we possess spiritual cognizance and we can discern and seize PRINCIPLE’s unlimited bestowals. 

 

Insightful and prophetic theologian, M. B. Eddy, appreciated how infinite TRUTH’s leavening effects on human consciousness instigate awe-inspiring discoveries and attainments.  She wrote: “God expresses in man the infinite idea, forever developing itself, broadening and rising higher and higher from a boundless basis.”

 

The fructifying energies of SPIRIT are augmenting our health, character, discoveries and achievements. 

 

French ecumenist, Roger Schutz, is an excellent example of how LOVE-MIND fructifies us with Christly intelligence, generosity and success.  His monastery never recruited, advertised or sold itself, yet his Christly message attracted, inspired, energized and focused the lives of thousands of young people from all over the world.   These young, spiritual entrepreneurs have varied religious and secular backgrounds, but they respond and commit to a message of love, reconciliation, forgiveness and service. 

 

Leaders of the established Christian churches from all over Europe and north America who have visited his monastery have been amazed at how jammed it is with enthusiastic, ecumenical, committed, backpacking young. 

 

The busy, prestige-wealth-power-fame-pursuing ways of materiality can obfuscate the spiritual, transformational, empowering wisdom of MIND, but our spiritual receptors remain connected to MIND. 

 

We can prove with Christly confidence, keen insight and love-outpouring hearts that MIND-LOVE’s impetus is making us burst with spiritual triumphs.

“And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.”

Sometimes we find ourselves surrounded and threatened by a multiplicity of terrors.  SOUL-sense rouses us to perceive the “armies” of MIND at our disposal.   They are constituted of supernal laws and forces, innovative and brilliant ideas, implementable solutions and grand rewards.   These empyreal "armies" from MIND are with us always and they conquer enemies and fuel victories.

 

“And the Lord appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush … the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.”

The “flames” of TRUTH burn away insecurity, lack and ignorance.  TRUTH’s revolutionary insights incite honest self-analysis, openness to bold concepts, plus nimble attitudes and fortitude.  MIND-TRUTH induces us to see and seize fertile opportunities. 

 

“But God led the people about, through the way of the wilderness of the Red sea.”

MIND-WISDOM extirpates illness, danger, enemies, confusion, doubt, fear and weakness.  MIND's divine impetus sweeps away material obstructions and makes us courageous trailblazers.  We discover new inner resources and reach new pinnacles. 

 

 “And Moses was 120 years old when he died and his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.”

Material metrics of any kind, not just those about whether we are too young or too old, cannot obstruct our LIFE-given vigor, joys, talents and achievements.  SPIRIT’s inexhaustible energies are renewing our mind/bodies all the time, and augmenting our wellness.

 A plethora of comfort, inspiration and healing may be harvested from the following spiritual ideas.  First, let us start with these stirring, poetic statements by M. B. Eddy.

 

“It matters not what be thy lot, so Love doth guide; for storm or shine, pure peace is thine, what’er betide.

 

And of these stones, or tyrants’ thrones, God able is to raise up seed – in thought and deed – to faithful His. 

 

Aye, darkling sense, arise, go hence!  Our God is good.  … the earth-bound wake, God’s glorified!”

 

These poetic statements connect me to LOVE-SPIRIT’s wellness-enforcing might, and how its gushing brilliance and benevolence resolves the multiple problems bearing down us.  LIFE is the inexhaustible source of our matter-transcending excellence, and LIFE-MIND’s brilliant mercy is spurring creative answers to complex and ostensibly intractable issues.   

 

LIFE-HEALTH is speaking louder and more convincingly to our spiritual receptors than adversity – that is, than pain, illness, pride, anger, phobias, losses, mistakes and death.  Even when we find ourselves in the midst of a “storm” of agonies, or being “stoned” by misfortune and others’ malice, it is SPIRIT-INTELLIGENCE which showing us the way to health, peace and success.

 

When a man’s business was going bankrupt, his family life crumbling and his health floundering, it is MIND-LOVE’s inordinate, benevolent energies and intelligent directing that rescued him and re-built his life. 

 

We are wiser still to heed divine WISDOM-TRUTH when things are going well.  Hubris blinds us to the danger of precipitous downfalls and losses.   Only from MIND can we derive indestructible, ever-expanding health, love, security and fulfillment.

 

TRUTH-WISDOM helps us realize that each one is a divine, dynamic, matter-free expression of SOUL.  We are each the outstanding, incorporeal, immortal manifestation of SPIRIT. 

 

The Christ-excellence which Jesus Christ lived and communicated is our inexhaustible, celestial wealth.  Our ongoing discovery of this illimitable, intrinsic, spiritual resource instigates wondrous health, benefits, achievements and generosity.

Our spiritual hunger catches glimpses of you as the celestial, illimitable GIVER/PRINCIPLE.  You are showering us with abundant and flourishing life, health and love.  Incomparable MIND, you draw out of us our innate, Christly beauty and magnificence.  All-commanding SPIRIT, our blending with you obliterates material obstructions to health, joy and achievement. 

 

Gushing LOVE, when we are inundated by fear, pain and distress it is your tenderness, gentleness, closeness and faithfulness which make us whole.  Unsurpassable PRINCIPLE, your imperious health overrides all negative medical evidence and predictions.  Your restorative energies renew our lives – our mind, body, relationships and career. Sovereign SOUL-LIFE, you’ve engineered immeasurable talents in every individual.  We accept the infinite artistic, analytical and dynamic attributes you induce in us.  With your inciting energy we can surpass limitations and attain goals we did not think were possible. 

 

 Unparalleled GOOD-GOD, your divine excellence alters our character.  The Christ-spirit you release in us exterminates pride, ingratitude, self-righteousness, anger, fear and guilt.  It also accentuates our discernment, perceptiveness and savvy.  Your brilliant guidance armors us from others’ malice and deceit.  You humble and purify our humanity, and then you raise us to new pinnacles of accomplishment.  Your divine standard is made evident in all aspects of our lives. 

 

 Transcendent LIFE-SPIRIT, your divine laws harmonizes each ounce of blood, atom, neuron, synapse, nerve, bone, muscle, organ and function.  You infuse us with inviolable health, beauty, strength and vigor.  By yielding to your Wisdom/Science we are able to cancel decay, loss, and deterioration and experience your exponential health and blessings.

We are the outstanding, ever-expanding oeuvre of Mind-Love.  We have an immortal, holy and symbiotic relationship with Soul.  Principle’s exorbitant resources are ours to manifest. 

 

“God, the divine Principle of man and man in God’s likeness are inseparable, harmonious, and eternal” wrote 19^th century theologian M. B. Eddy.  Therefore, it is Soul’s superlative perfection and its divine presence in us which disproves and overcomes our sufferings, sins and problems.  

 

Jesus’ life and works showed us that we live in, are protected by, and are empowered with the grace of God.  He proved to the centurion Cornelius and to the paralyzed man at the Bethesda pool that their acceptance of their unity with Soul was transformative.  They discerned something of Love’s all-encompassing, healing grace. 

 

Every challenge we face is met effectively by Love’s healing efficacy.  At this instant Love is giving us all its might, intelligence, support, and goodness.  We are filled by Love’s divine substance.  Our spiritual composition is brimming over with His immortal health, power, peace and joy. 

 

Material troubles have no fact in God.   They disappear from our human experience in proportion to our recognition of our oneness with Principle.  Soul is all-inclusive and we are always connected to its spiritual richness and excellence. 

 

Soul-Mind is absolute substance, intelligence and action.   Mind is expressing everything beautiful, from the “mental molecule to infinity,” including all “Science and art.”  Soul is the multiplier of an excellent, fecund, spiritual creation, and man expresses its creative dynamism. 

 

Life augments our health.  Principle amplifies our talents.  Love enriches our relationships.  Truth opens new doors of opportunities.  Mind generates new and effective ideas for us to implement.  Life causes us to triumph over adversities.  We reflect spiritually the multiplicative action of creative Soul. 

 

We can prove that the “… divine Mind produces in man health, harmony, and immortality” (M. B. Eddy).  As we let go of a mistaken physical and psychological sense of identity, we find more of Soul’s spiritual good within ourselves. 

 

It is the great “I AM” – Soul/Love – who is producing our perfect and immortal identities.  Harmonious action, function, condition, substance, cause, effect, motive and reaction reign in Soul’s matter-less man and universe.  We are endowed with the infinite health, harmony and immortality of the “I AM.”

 

We are Mind’s excellent forces of being.

1.     “Divine Love is my shepherd; I shall not want.”

 

We are shepherded by LOVE through difficult experiences and brought to freedom and victory.  MIND also shepherds us with advancing spiritual understanding.  SOUL inspires us to be more forgiving, patient and kind.  This holy process propels healing within ourselves and for others.

 

2. “Love maketh me to lie down in green pastures: Love leadeth me beside the still waters.”

 

LOVE enables us to express Christly certainty, calm, gentleness, selflessness and generosity.  TRUTH rescues us from self-centeredness and catapults us outwardly so we can care for the world.  SOUL brings us to rest in its divine harmony and goodness.

 

3. “Love restoreth my soul (spiritual sense): Love leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” 

 

Infinite TRUTH-SPIRIT is revealing itself throughout our spiritual universe of intelligent ideas and harmonious action.  TRUTH reveals itself in our spiritual identities.  It restores our spiritual acuity.   It sharpens our spiritual reasoning so that we can perceive that SPIRIT is superlative cause and effect. 

 

4 “Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Love is with me: Love’s rod and Love’s staff they comfort me.”

 

LIFE-MIND releases divine potencies in us and this conquers pain, illness, despair, hopelessness and death.   SPIRIT-MIND erases losses, setbacks, failures, fault, betrayals, condemnation and disappointments.  PRINCIPLE-GOOD infuses our lives with health, intelligence, beauty, grace and success. 

 

5. “Love prepareth a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Love anointeth my head with oil; my cup runneth over.”

 

MIND-LOVE is bestowing on us a feast of spiritual wisdom, resources, grace and vigor.

            LOVE forever safeguards us.  To husband means to safeguard and this is why the Bible speaks of God as our “husband.” 

 

SPIRIT-LIFE is our maker in the sense that it is our empyreal cause.  But not in the sense that we ever began for there is no beginning, or end.  LOVE, man and the universe are blended in immortal perfection. 

 

            When we feel forsaken or desolate, LOVE-TRUTH is reminding us that we are a “crown of glory in the hand of the Lord.”  Illimitable LOVE never stops valuing and endowing us.

 

            The starting point for a holy relationship with SOUL-MIND is to know that we are cherished.  We have to be because we are SOUL’s spiritual expressions! 

 

Our benevolent PRINCIPLE is “universal, eternal, divine Love, which changeth not and causeth no evil, disease, nor death” wrote insightful theologian M. B. Eddy. 

 

LOVE-PRINCIPLE is our eternal cause, health, abundance and power.  This viewpoint generates trust and confidence in LOVE.  It produces a humble willingness to be corrected by eternal MIND-WISDOM.   It augments our gratitude to LOVE-MIND and our generosity and ability to assist others.

 

            TRUTH says to us “Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” It is asking us to welcome the spiritual wholeness and power it is bestowing on us.  Love is always protecting, guiding, encouraging and capacitating us. 

 

Matter-trapped thinking succumbs to fear, pain and distress.  It says: “But my wound is incurable”, “my enemies are vicious and ravenous”, “my situation is beyond solution”, or “my shortcomings and mistakes are too large and too many.”  As we focus on the inordinate giving of TRUTH-LOVE we’ll experience amazing and surprising solutions. 

 

            The New Testament woman with “the issue of blood twelve years” felt LOVE’s healing grace because she pressed on past her fears and obstructions.  Her thought touched Jesus’ Christly wisdom and she discovered her innate, SOUL-issued magnificence.  She was rewarded with a marvelous understanding of her spiritual selfhood.  Her problems were supplanted by blessings. 

 

            The woman who washed Jesus’ feet was actually submitting to SOUL’s washing of her!  SOUL wants to and can wash our mental environment – our lives-- and leave us healthy, able, and productive.  Then, without harsh judgment, but brimming with Christly wisdom, we can awake others to their natural, spiritual wholeness.

 

LOVE will not allow us to be held back by personal shortcomings or external problems.  LOVE’s power, LOVE’s intelligence, and LOVE’s corrective influence are greater than any difficulties. 

 

LOVE is suffices all our needs.  It shapes and impels us.   LOVE is the paramount PRINCIPLE of our spiritual, incorporeal and blessed lives.

Love is wedded to its own ideas.  This makes us wedded to Soul’s infinite goodness – to health, joy, purpose, strength, purity, success, grace, peace and power.  Our conscious awareness of man’s unity to Mind separates us from the illusions of material suffering. 

 

The Ego-God subsumes and empowers the Ego-man.  The two are blended eternally.  The “bride” and the “Lamb” are biblical terms which signify the eternal and harmonious unity existing between Mind and its spiritual idea.   

 

This recognition of divine oneness between God and man removes from human thought the misconception of a corporeal selfhood and its list of sins, failures, fears and sufferings.  When we replace a mortal sense of ourselves with the spiritually real, the result is healing to our human experience.

 

Man is a compounded, spiritual and perfect individuality.  The complete idea, man, is balanced beautifully by feminine and masculine qualities.  The two individual natures in one are represented in Scripture by the term “the Lamb’s wife.” 

 

Theologian M. B. Eddy explains that “In this divinely united spiritual consciousness, there is no impediment to eternal bliss …” By accepting our united masculine-feminine consciousness we transcend suffering and enjoy Life’s infinite munificence.

 

Mind’s creative intelligence and power is fully expressed in man’s incorporeal, celestial completeness.  Love’s beautiful, harmonious and rich universe is man’s divine inheritance and his natural environment.  Disease, sin, destruction, lack and evil are mental distortions that give way to our cognizance of boundless, spiritual harmony.   

 

Scripture informs that of Christ’s “fullness have all we received, and grace for grace.”  Soul fills us with Christly wisdom every moment of our lives.  When we employ our Christly endowments it is easier to separate evil from good and to remand the former to its destruction. 

 

Our Christly unity to perfect Mind-Truth gives us peace amidst the “storms” of human troubles and it promotes our prosperity.   It alters our experience in multitudinous ways – it harmonizes our body, relationships and finances.  It leaves us thoroughly whole.
